Any package shall expire after “the agreed number of sessions per week to be done” and an expiry date will be fixed after both parties mutual agreement. The remaining sessions not used within the package expiry date shall be retained, unless major causes (to be proven) and/or mutual agreement. This is mainly not to drag the package through unlimited time and also to make sure the client results can be achieved. (E.g. If the client purchases a package of 20 sessions and agrees for 2 sessions a week, the package shall last 10 weeks).
Client must give Marpic advance notice on package renewal or termination, at least one month before package expiry and/or 8 sessions before package completion, whichever is sooner. Without such advance notice, Marpic reserves the right to move client’s preferred schedule for renewals, and to withhold the remaining sessions in case of termination.
Any given quotation and/or offer shall last for 5 days since the day of the agreement between Marpic and the client. After 5 days the quote/offer shall be revised.
If the client cancels the scheduled session with less than 24 hours notice, the session shall be charged anyway, unless major causes (to be proven) and/or mutual agreement on postponing the session.
Payment shall be done in advance before starting the program unless mutual agreement on different payment method.
The prices do not include the time and transportation costs to go to client’s place. Price will be revised depending on location where the service has to be provided.
After payment, there shall not be any refund unless major causes (to be proven) and/or mutual agreements. We shall provide maximum flexibility and understanding.
Marpic and any trainer provided by Marpic, either its employees or collaborators, shall not be responsible for any injury and/or any kind of accident that could occur during the services and/or sessions provided to the clients.
By referring a friend to Marpic, the client shall receive 1 FREE SESSION upon subscription of the referred person! Just send us an email with the person CONTACT DETAILS and once the referred person join us you will be able to redeem your gift.
Marpic respects the Personal Information provided, and applies reasonable effort to collect, use, store, dispose, and/or disclose any of this personal information. When you provide information to Marpic, you acknowledge to the following Privacy Policy. Marpic reserves the right to update the Privacy Policy at any time.
When you access our website (www.marpicwellness.com) and/or its relevant pages under its domain, we may make use of cookies to collect anonymous web statistics for analytics purposes. You may disable cookies in your own browser/mobile settings. Personal Information collected includes, but not limited to Full Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Contact Number, Email Address, Residential Address, Photograph, Emergency Contact, Past Medical History. When you call or email to make an enquiry, Marpic may take down your particulars and make a note in our system for future service optimization purposes. Marpic will also take anonymous data trends for marketing purposes.
From time to time, Marpic may also send you promotional messages, new services and new policies.
Marpic limits the access to Personal Information to minimize any security breach, and all Personal Information provided to is stored securely. However, Marpic does not guarantee the Personal Information will not be accessed by any unauthorized third-party, including but not limited to hackers, trojan softwares, etc.
Marpic will not disclose your Personal Information, except to law enforcement agencies, auditors, banks and credit card companies processing payment, and any agent acting on behalf of Marpic for the purpose of operating the business. Marpic may share parts of your Personal Information (i.e. Name) to instructors or staff, who may require these Personal Information to perform their obligated duties.
